Atronix, founded in August 2023 and located in Tirana, is the first assembly facility in the Western Balkans.
Following its establishment, the company focused on:
- Building state-of-the-art production capabilities
- Recruiting skilled engineers and technicians
- Installing advanced assembly equipment
To bring clients’ innovative ideas to life.
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct & Ethics defines the fundamental standards of behavior expected from all Atronix staff.
It ensures employees act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
This Code applies to:
- All employees
- Temporary staff
- Part-time staff
2. Scope
This Code applies to:
- All Atronix employees
- All organizational structures within the company

3.1 Professional Responsibility
Employees must:
- Adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Entertainment
Entertainment includes:
- Meals
- Drinks

Employees must:
- Avoid accepting excessive or frequent entertainment
- Prevent any situation that could create a conflict of interest
5. Misuse of Official Position
Employees are strictly prohibited from:
- Using their position for personal gain
- Favoring relatives, friends, or associates
Violations may result in:
- Disciplinary action
- Legal consequences
6. Handling of Confidential and Proprietary Information
Employees must:
- Not disclose confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization
- Safeguard all sensitive and company-related data

7. Use of Company Property
Company assets must:
- Be used strictly for business purposes
The following are prohibited:
- Personal use of company property
- Sale or unauthorized distribution of company assets
8. Gambling
Employees must not:
- Engage in gambling activities that interfere with professional duties
- Use company resources for gambling purposes
9. Outside Employment
Employees must:
- Obtain prior written approval before engaging in external employment
Such activities must:
- Not conflict with the interests of Atronix
10. Compliance with the Code
All employees are responsible for:

- Fully complying with its provisions
Non-compliance may result in:
- Disciplinary measures

Definition of “Advantage”
“Advantage” includes:
- Any gift, loan, reward, or financial benefit
- Any employment or contractual opportunity
- Any payment or discharge of obligations
- Any service or favor (excluding entertainment)
- The exercise or waiver of any right or duty
